02Movement standards
Starting Position
Begin supported above the bars, arms fully straight, shoulders stacked over your hands and feet clear of the floor.
Depth Criteria
Lower under control until the shoulder passes clearly below the elbow. Every repetition must reach this depth.
Valid Lockout
Return to fully straight arms at the top before the next repetition. Finish the attempt in a controlled lockout.
Common No-Reps
Shallow depth, bent-arm finishes, kipping, leg swing, bouncing out of the bottom or resting on the bars.
Unbroken pull-ups end when you release the bar. For the 100-dip event, the clock stops at the 100th valid lockout.
03Camera setup guide

- Entire body in frame, including feet, hands and bar.
- Clear weight visibility: show the added load and plate markings.
- Unedited continuous footage, from setup through final lockout.
Video upload options
Upload your continuous clip to one of these services, copy its share link, and paste it into “Video / verification link” on the Log Lift form.
- YouTube
- Upload as public or unlisted. Copy the video’s Share link; private videos cannot be reviewed.
- Post the full clip as a public Reel or post. Copy its link; avoid private accounts and disappearing Stories.
- Google Drive
- Upload the video, open Share, set General access to Anyone with the link (Viewer), then Copy link.
Check that the link opens without requesting permission. The form saves a link; it does not upload the video itself.
04Fair play
- Log only your own attempts and accurate bodyweight, added load and rep counts.
- Count only full-range repetitions. Keep the original footage available for review.
- Camera form checks are self-reported evidence, not human verification. Top-ten global absolute loads are routed for review.
- Disqualified entries do not count toward competitive rankings or gym volume. Respect athletes and judges when raising a concern.
